Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Directions to the Longmont Urgent Care Clinic
- From Niwot and Boulder, take Ken Pratt Blvd/Hwy. 119/Diaganol Hwy., take S. Main St./Hwy. 287 south. Turn left onto Pike Rd. We are in the building on your left.
- From Lafayette and Erie, take Hwy. 287/N. 107th St. north until it becomes S. Main St. Turn right on Pike Rd. We are in the building on your left.
- From Firestone, Dacono and Frederick, take Rte. 52 West across I-25 to Hwy. 287. Head north on Hwy. 287. Turn right on Pike Rd. We are in the building on your left.
