Katie Posey, PA-C



Katie Posey has been a PA for nearly three years. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s of Health Science in 2001. She attended Physician Assistant School at Red Rocks Community College and received her Master’s of Medical Science from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania in 2004. She has worked in Internal Medicine and Family Practice since she began her career as a PA.

Prior to PA school, Katie worked in Women’s health. She believes that health education and physical fitness are essential components of healthcare.

When Katie is not at work she enjoys spending time her two small boys, Collin and Drew. She enjoys running, yoga, and time with her friends and family. Annually, Katie participates as a runner in the Outward Bound Relay. Katie is a member of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
