Dwayne Strong, PA-C
Dwayne Strong is a certified Physician Assistant by the NCCPA. He completed the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston and graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2002. He has been blessed to be able to work and help multitude of patients. His experience has been with family practice and neurosurgery. He worked closely with highly skilled neurosurgeons and has enjoyed the many challenges of caring for critically injured and ill people.
Dwayne also holds a B.A. in nursing and practiced as a registered nurse in San Antonio, Texas for about 6 years before becoming a physician assistant. He specialized in intensive care nursing with a focus on trauma and surgical patients.
He moved from San Antonio to the Longmont area in June of 2009, and is excited about the outdoor lifestyle. Dwayne has a wife and 2 children, and a cast of in-laws who lovingly followed him to Colorado.
He believes that a person’s health is very important and views it as a privilege to assist each person to achieve their healthcare goals. Family practice and urgent care is a great mix for his experience and he looks forward to serving his community.
